Notes:

• Relies on two free APIs, l2.io for client IP, and freegeoip.net for location.
• For a more stable and accurate solution, maxmind.com is not free, but well regarded.
• Limited to 10,000 calls per hour per parent url (e.g. all apps.urban.org calls)
